Maintenance:
 Attend the breakdown of coil manufacturing machines; enter the details in Breakdown Register/Machine history card.
 Machine History Card for all the machines has to be maintained and corrective maintenance schedule should be updated whenever service is completed.
 Preventive maintenance schedule should be carried out with PM Plan
 Generate machine breakdown chart for every month to understand the root cause and remedial action.
