Responsible for the development and implementation of the drilling fluids, completion fluids or Surface Solutions system recommendation, work process procedures and well bore management practices used in providing a complete well bore and waste management solution to clients.  Provide primarily remote supervision of the Field Service Representatives or Service Supervisors assigned to projects.  Oversees the post well audit process and the responsibility for delivering to the client all information relevant to management of the well bore construction process.

In charge of running Water / Oil based drilling fluids systems for both Vertical and Horizontal wells with HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature), on PDVSA’s concessions and for foreign companies. Recently was assigned to Exxon-Mobil on La Ceiba field to Workover two deep wells in which English is crucial for communications and decisions taken. Responsible to Prepare and maintain the drilling fluids properties at the field based on the approved drilling fluids program for the well. Make the necessary treatments to maintain the fluids properties within the specifications running several routine tests and make sure to keep the inventory updated. Encourage people to reach QHSE assessment.
