Project Control Specialist

To explore, uphold and continue my works in the field of Oil & Gas and Construction business.

•Review and check documents for Operation
•Interface Coordinator (Battery limit, Tie-in, Financial Risk Analysis and Construction Schedule interfacing) to secure work permits
•Prepare / generate permit to work (PTW) – check the Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis, drawings and other documents needed in the PTW to comply with the QP-RLIC Approval Letters
•Perform inspection work location to validate/verify the actual condition at site
•Apply Work Breakdown/Project Coding Structures to schedule/cost data to ensure data are correctly and consistently entered into the Project Control System
•Collect data, input, update, cost/scheduling management reports. Maintain orderly records to ensure the integrity of the system
•Provide general supervision of the work of lower-level Project Controls Technicians and Clerks
•Validate progress of Contractors and take progress photographs at site for the Weekly Construction Report
•Prepare Weekly Construction Report, Progress S-Curve and Project Controls monitoring tables.
•Carry out feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs
•Negotiate and draw up bids for tenders and contracts
•Monitor each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in line with forecasts
•Provide financial progress reports to clients
•Advise clients on legal and contractual matters Assess the financial costs of new environmental guidelines, for example, on the use of timber from sustainable supplies
•Prepare in-house estimates, derive cost, valuate variation order and analyze financial bids
•Prepare consolidated weekly and monthly reports
•Prepare Contractor’s Daily Report including Narrative Reports
•Material/quantity reconciliation - check the availability of the materials
•Verify weekly progress for billing purposes.
•Prepare scope of work and estimates for short form and long form contracts
•Site supervision during construction period.
•Supervision of technical project works, schedules, materials and equipment
•Prepare service orders, short form contracts and long form contracts
•Analyze request for maintenance works and establish priorities
•Provide engineering direction and engineering control to craftsmen in the execution of works
•Prepare Quantity Take-out and Detailed Estimates.
