• Handling, Installation of Process piping, Pipe support, System testing & Pre commissioning works.

• Responsible for overall field construction activities. • Piping Fabrication, Erection, Punching, Testing, and Pre Commissioning Activities. • Assure adherence to Drawings, Specifications, Standards, all governing Codes, ITP’s.

• Provide Technical assistance to Piping construction crew.
• Check adherence to approved IFC Drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, QCP’s and Method statements.
• Technical discussions with clients for site Technical queries and solving site technical problems.
• Verify installation in accordance with relevant Specifications, Flow diagrams, Construction drawings and P&ID’s.
• Work with client to determine the scope of any piping areas not shown on the normal piping drawing, such as Stream tracing, Package unit interconnection piping and Lubrication system on equipment etc.
• Establish Spool fabrication priority.
• Coordination with client to ensure an adequate flow of material and information to meet schedule requirements.
• Monitoring & Coordination for Punch listing of systems and facilities of the plant, prior to mechanical completion to ensure all work activities are complete.
• Pre commissioning activities Flushing, Blowing, Mechanical cleaning operations, Operational tightness test and turn system over to the owner.
