• Oil and Gas Market Analysis: Regional and international oil market SWOT analysis, PEST (Political, Economic, Social, and Technological) Analysis, development opportunities assessment, data and information management.
• Oil and Gas Investments Evaluation.
o Upstream: Economic Evaluation and Exploration Risk Analysis, Prospect and Play Evaluation.
o Midstream and Downstream: Project Cash Flow, Net Present Value (NPV), IRR, Pay Back period, sensitivity analysis, company value estimation.
• Commercial Consultancy: refining margins evaluation, crude oil and refined product trade opportunities evaluation, differential refining product break-even analysis, prices forecasting.
• Project Management: Exploration, Development and Production work program planning, work breakdown structure (WBS), project cost estimation and budgeting, project tracking and monitoring.
• Petroleum Contract management: Petroleum contract comparative evaluation, Concession agreement and Joint Venture preparation, Company acquisition and negotiations.
• Exploration Work: 2-D and some 3-D land and marine seismic data processing and interpretation, GIS applications.
