Professional Experience
Contract administration and financial management of the project including;
1. Liaison, co-ordination with the client’s representative, contract holder, design sub
contractors and various construction sub contractors for the excution of the contract as per
the contractual terms.
2. Preparation and submission of bids for PDO minor projects.
3. Preparation of construction programme using MS Project
4. Preparation of detailed budget and cost plan to effectively manage the costs of the project
during the excution.
5. Preparing of final accounts of the jobs such as CMEI work construction of new pipelines,
wellhead hook-ups station piping modifications.
6. Control and management of subcontractor interim and final accounts, contract charges and
handling contractual matters.
7. Advising the construction manager and the field supervisors in activity planning and material
scheduling.
8. Assisting for Procurement Engineer & Material co-ordinator.
