• Conduct routine inspection of all Electrical protective relays, fire alarm detection system, measuring and indicating electrical instruments and communication facilities to observe their operation.
• Analyzes/trouble shoots electrical faults and or failure of controls.
• Perform electrical testing calibration of electrical protective relays for 24KV Generators, Conduct all testing for Power Transformer. 24KV and 6.9KV Switchgears. Multilin 735 Multinlin 369 & 269 Motor Protection Relays.
• Perform maintenance on plant control system UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) unit.
• Prepare proper operating procedures on electrical equipments and machineries for operations personnel guidelines.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on coal handling systems such as two (2) Coal Ship Unloaders, two (2) Stackers / Reclaimers, Coal Conveyor system, Crusher house controls, Trippers, Dust Suppression system and other electrical control equipments.
