• Internship of 04 weeks from PAKARAB FERTILIZERS (PVT) LIMITED, Multan.

At FAUJI FERTILIZERS COMPANY LTD. I am working as shift in charge at UREA Unit.
Previously I have worked as shift in charge at UTILITIES unit, which includes
• Steam Generation Plant (Two boilers each having capacity of 110 T/hr of steam at 105 Kg/cm2 and 510 oC).
• Power Generation Plant (Two steam turbine driven Generators each having capacity of 8.0 MW and Standby Emergency Diesel Generator of 1.52 MW).
• Water treatment, Cooling Tower, Instrument air Plant, Nitrogen Plant, Waste water Treatment.
My job responsibilities at following units are:
• Safe start up and shut down of plant.
• Development and Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
• Emergencies handling, Trouble shooting, new modifications proposal and reviews.
• Optimization & normal plant operation
• Initiates Studies, Conducts process audits and recommends Plant modifications to improve Efficiency, Productivity, Safety, Cost Saving and Technology Updates.
• Conducting Job Risk Analysis
• Monthly comparison and review of effluents with NEQS standards.
• PHA and safe execution of routine jobs through work permit procedures
• HAZOP study of plant
• CAPEX projects initiation and follow up
• HORC and HIRARDC Activities
