Job Profile :
To advise construction supervision on Saudi Aramco General Instructions
To facilitate for training of Project Management Team
To facilitate for contractor and Project Management Team on Saudi Aramco certification as required.
To monitor compliance with Saudi Aramco rules and General Instructions as per Saudi Aramco Construction safety manual.
To assist all project staff in identification of hazards and risks.
To conduct periodical inspections as per Saudi Aramco safety procedures.
To prepare reports on Near Miss/Unsafe Acts and/ or Unsafe Conditions to project engineers and superintendents as necessary.
To arrange for communication and assist for emergency responses and be members of the emergency response team.
To evaluate and assess training of skilled employees in peruse of maintaining highest possible standards of safe practices.
Ensure all incidents are adequately reported by the contractors representatives each for his scope and area of work.
All rules and regulations of Saudi Aramco policies, General instructions must be complied with and to ensure contractors are in compliance with Saudi Aramco General Instructions.
Give advise to Purchase and Stores Department in ensuring quality and availability of personal protective equipments
Advise on Safety aspects in all job studies and carry out detailed job safety studies of selected jobs.
Conduct Hazop studies , risk assessment and job safety analysis.
