• DUBAI: 2 years in MEP constructional safety with effect from Mar 2007 to Mar 2009(Till to date). Project handles DIFC & EPTH as a senior Safety Officer
• INDIAN ARMY – 16 Years of service with effect from Dec1983 to Aug 1999
• Amusement park (India) as a life guard and security coordinator with effect from Jan 2000 to Jun 2004.

• Requires a systematic approach to be adopted for successful Health & Safety management (i.e., setting policy, organizing Planning, monitoring performance and learning from experience (audit and review).
• Required risk assessment to manage Health & safety effectively and in some cases to comply with local laws it purpose reduced to the lowest level means balancing the risk against the costs, best practice is being followed and legal standards are being met.
• To maintain safe behavior at work means performance standards must be made crystal clear.

• Enforce the implementation of Health safety and environmental policy on site.
