I am a Diploma Holder in Materials Management having more than 26 years experiences.in Oil & Gas Industry

To review procurement processes for the company in order it is within industry standard and improves whenever necessary.

To establish procurement manual and uphold the process to ensure it always under ISO requirement

To monitor cycle time for bidding to issuance of purchase order

To evaluate performance of vendor

To ensure quality of materials is always meet as per given requirement

To optimize procurement of services and materials for expeditious delivery

To secure material / services competitively for the best interest of the company.

Conduct market research for new source to improve supplier base.

Distribute PR effectively to ensure balance workload on individual Procurement Staff.

Prepare tender/contract/P.O documents and maintained record of all procurement activities including vendor registers.

Commercial Professional Management in material management

· Sourcing, order processing, expediting and monitoring deliveries to ensure seamless supply and cost effective material management.

· Coordinating the purchase of spares

·Follow-up timely receipt of P.O. acknowledgements / Quality Plan / execution schedule by Suppliers (manufacturing programmed, data and document delivery dates, sub-vendor programmed, manpower allocation, material controls) and expedite the same.

·Coordinate timely flow of engineering documents/conformity certificates test reports / inspection reports between Supplier and concerned Company's Sections / Parties.

·Arrange pre-manufacturing meetings / expanding visits with Suppliers and Sub-vendors.
·Monitor timely execution of project delivery schedule and take remedial action in case of slippage.
·Issue and update expediting reports and forward the same to management highlighting problematic areas with suitable recommendation.
