Professional Experience
- Preparing preventive maintenance programs for drilling rigs Ideco 1700 , National 610E and Franks-600. Franks Cabot 700hp,
- Rig Caterpillar engines type D-399 & D-389& D-379 ,3406& 3412: Carry out all repairs and regular Maintenance such as valve lash adjustment , RPM alignment, cooling , oil and lubrication systems and fuel system.
- Mud Pumps (Ideco T-1300 ,T-500,Emsco 800,Emsco D500 National 8-P-80):
- Centrifugal Pumps: alignment shafts, changing bearing, impeller, casing and packing.
- Hydraulic System: checking oil levels, lines, hoses, pumps performance, and do all needed repairs and maintenance.
- Drawworks: adjusting brakes, clutches, chains, main bearing, complete maintenance
- Rotary Table: sprocket, chain, repair rotary clutch
- Traveling and crown blocks: test grease channel, bearing
- Rotary swivel: Test, change oil, wash pipe
- B.O.P and closing unit: test, repair valves, pump, repair kit
- Solids control equipment: change bearing, shaft, and grease cover
Air compressors: repair hi &low valves, senoled
- Working in Preventive and Normal Maintenance Cat Engines (D399, D398, D397,3408, 3412).
Eductation
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
University: Azerabaijan Institute of Oil & Chemistry / Azerabaijan – Baku.
