PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

• Field Technical Support: Above 50 Primary & Remedial Cementing jobs (Onshore and Offshore). Gained invaluable experience in designing and working with cement slurries ranging from 11 ppg light weight slurry to 18 ppg heavy weight slurry; using Tuned Light Cements, Salt Saturated Cements, EconoCem, AntiGas Migration slurries etc. in a host of conditions with depths upto 17500’ in vertical, deviated and highly deviated hole sections and in temperatures upto 300 F. (BHCT)

• Pre-job and Post Job Reporting: Development of Job Designs using Halliburton Simulators, Basic Real Time Data Acquisition, Real Time Quality Control through acquisition of advanced data like Real time ECD, Post job analysis of cement jobs by Design vs. RT comparisons and by developing advanced data (e.g. ECD) from basic recorded variables (e.g. Rate, pressure, volumes, density etc.)

• Preparation of Cement Job program, involving job volume calculations, costs etc. in meetings with the Client representative and Halliburton Service Coordinator.

• Interacted with professional of areas of Mud, Logging, Directional/ MWD, well site geologist to design a proper cement job and events related prior and after the execution of a job.

• Gained strong grasp on Lab Testing procedures and Cementing additives.

• Working on a patent submission for Cementing PSL
