A challenging and responsible position where skills, education and years of practical engineering experience as Deputy Manager, Lead and Senior Mechanical Commissioning/Start Up Engineer will be utilized in an atmosphere for continued career growth.
1. Overall Purpose, Undertake Project Management of assigned projects? to assist director of Projects as required.
2. Develop and extend his/her specialist skill on all projects and a number of projects at a time.
3. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
4. Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
5. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
6. Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
7. Minimize Company exposure and risk on project.
8. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately as per the procedures.
9. Assure project contractual documents are completed and in full control.
10. Track, reports and analyze, procurement, team hours and expenses on a regular basis and manage project budget.
11. Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
12. Understand revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
13. Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.
14. Identify business development and variation opportunities as they relate to a specific project.

Graduate project :- Application of reversed geometry for I.C.E. four Stroke
Post graduate degrees: - Post graduate diploma in lubrication and frication in July2000, Cairo University –faculty of engineering.
