Process engineering position employs and challenges my extensive process design, project implementation and plant startup experience.

Summary of Technical and other Skills

A hands-on Sr. Process engineer having over 16 years of experience and involved in variety of projects in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries in various phases (feasibility stage, FEED, detail engineering, starting and commissioning, technical support and operation).
Extensive experience in developing PFDs, H&MB and P&IDs, performing process calculations and process specifications for equipment items, including vessels and internals, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, instruments, control valves and relief valves, preparation of commissioning and operating manuals as required.
Excellent skills in developing procedures and design standards as required reflecting changes in design policy, experience with previous designs, regulatory changes, customer design standards and the requirements of specific projects.
Reviewing all aspects of design and construction for consistency and safety, including effective participation in HAZOP and pre-start-up (PSSR) reviews.
Utilizing number of process simulation software such as Aspen, HYSIS, Pro II, Flarenet, FATHOM, KORF, Hydraulics Circuit Calculations, PALS 2000 and ChemCad.
Excellent knowledge of industrial and ARAMCO standards.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office and MS Project, MS Visio.
Prepared and reviewed PFDs, UFDs and P&IDS, Cause and Effect Tables.
Carried out heat and material balance (H&MB), hydraulics calculations.
Prepared process data sheets and specifications.
Reviewed Technical BID evaluations and RFQs.
Prepared Line Designation Tables (LDT) and cause and effect tables.
Participated technical clarification meeting with vendors and client
