Maintaining Safe, smooth and productive operation and safe working procedure in the plant. Routine check up of all process parameters and equipments. Plant start up and shutdown activities.

Working Section:
GAS CRACKER UNIT(GCU).(HOT AND COLD SECTION) Routine check up of all process equipments.  
· Reporting all the abnormalities and failure to the control room and to take  corrective actions.  Controlling and maintaining process parameters as per technical region   Start up of turbine driven multistage centrifugal pumps, Various pumps and maintaining dosing rates with the help of metering pumps.
· Change over operation of Pumps and heat exchangers.
· Plant start up and shutdown activates.
· Co-ordinate with the technical & Maintenance Service department to
· solve the problem Health Monitoring of Rotating Equipments.
· To coordinate with panel Engineers for trouble free operation.
· Assist mechanical crew in maintenance and calibration of process instruments.
· Well Knowledge in Induced Draft Furnace,Pyrolysis thermal cracking Operations      (stone & webster’s Co U.S.A.) Handled all types valves and equipment like
· several types of heat Exchangers Condensers, Re- boilers and separators.
· Handled types of pump, like Reciprocating pumps, Multistage Centrifugal pump,
· and Metering pumps in dosing system and also in Turbine Driven Multistage Centrifugal. Pumps.
· Handled steam turbine driven Multistage Centrifugal pumps-150+Kg.cm2 (Discharge Pressure.)  
· Well conversant in the operation of fractional distillation column.
· Handling pressure swing adsorption for purification of Hydrogen from Residue gas.
· C2/C3 feed by hydrogenation reactors.
· Hydrogen compressor driven by motor (Reciprocating type).
· Cracked gas compressor driven by steam turbine.
· Ethylene/Propylene Compressor driven by steam turbine (Multistage centrifugal type).
· Steam turbine & motor driven centrifugal pumps and different type reciprocating pumps.
· Different type of heat exchanger Re-boiler, Condenser, Cooler, Heater, Chiller etc.
