Responsibility :
1 Pre commissioning and commissioning of Utility & Offsite area from filed &
DCS.
2 Responsible for the Pre- commissioning and Commissioning of following
Utility and Offsite system.
3 Utility Plants: 5 MACCHI Boiler with150 T/HR Cap. , 2 Deareator & 4 BFW Pump, VHP, HP, MP & LP Steam header, Steam Turbine (20 MW each), Demine Plant, Air Compressor & Drayer Pkg with due point auto control Amloc system.
4 Offsite Plants: Tankfarm, Sea water & Cooling water system, three train Ground Flare (Ethylene,Polyethylene & Low Pressure), Down fired INCENARATOR (TSKE, Japan) two train, Fuel Gas System, Fire water and Metering Skid.
5 Monitor all plants conditions such as flow rates, pressures, temperatures,
levels, etc. through trend logs in DCS.
6 Takes required action to correct operating conditions when alarms are
activated
7 Check the VHP steam total consumption and set accordingly boiler load and STG.
8 During shift change over time take the status of all utility and offsite unit status from reliever and take according action for remaining work
9 Take action from DCS during emergency of plant
10 Ensure the smooth and safe operations of the Utility & Offsite units.
Precommissioning & Commissioning activity
11 Punch Walk the line as per P&ID, If any Punch regarding this line than
raise punch with category
12 And submit to EPC contractor
13 Flushing the line by conventional methods such as Gasket bursting,
cardboard blasting, Water Flushing, Air blowing & Steam blowing
14 Solo Run of Motors, Furnace Refractory Dry Out
15 Instrument Loop Check and Functional test
16 Make a PSSR( Pre Start Up Safety Review )
17 PSV &PVRV Testing , Hydro testing & Vessel Closer
18 LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out)
Commissioning of DCS (Control Room)
19 Verify all the graphics page as per P&ID
20 Assign Trend group, Control group, Soft key & Tag link
21 Ensure all the Interlock is cover in Cause &Effect Diagram
22 Verify the Emergency tripping and logic is given as per ILD
23 Loop check, Ensure Alarm &Face Plate Text is easy to understand
24 Follow the vendor instruction during commissioning of equipment from field and DCS

Bachelor degree in Chemistry& CIC in Computer from IGNOU

TRAINING COMPLETED :
30 hrs course given by Haward Tech of Middle East company for the Process plant Startup, Commissioning & troubleshooting.
DCS training by Yokogawa & Foxborow
