Currently working with Rafsa International (Pvt) Ltd as a Assistant Manager Business Support from August. 2007 till to date. Rafsa handling multi jobs such as overseas student counseling, immigration services and leading service provider to Royal Airport Services (leading provider of flight support services in Jinnah Terminal Karachi). Some of my noteworthy duties are:

„« Controls inter-office communication, installations and maintenance.
„« Co-ordinate with students in regard to their program and overseas Universities and Institutes.
„« Continuous follow up with the colleges/universities in regard to their upcoming program and admission policies.

„« Main job is providing customer service regarding visa requirements and policies.
„« Dealing with complex queries & complaints in person, on the telephone and by email.
„« To look after the Student Counseling Consultants all over the country and check International Admissions and there documents. Original Admission letters check directly through Universities, Colleges and Institutes in Ireland and reporting to senior office Manager.
„« Communication and coordination with registered consultants for all related matters.
„« Coordinates and arranges meetings by preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities with registered consultants all over the Country.

Eductation

• Bachelor of Commerce from University of Karachi Pakistan (1992).
• Higher Secondary Certificate from Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (1989).
• Secondary School Certificate from Board of Secondary Education Karachi (1986).

Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Adobe illustrator CS2
Adobe Photoshop CS2.
• Can read, write and speak English and Urdu fluently.
