To put in record my intellectual capacities and experience to perform tasks job for that I could be employee.

-Scope of work: shutdown activities for static equipments which include pipeline systems for 3 primary oil processing plants in CTH Bir Rebaa North-Algeria.
-Scheduling, assessing and liaising with all company’s departments and suppliers to ensure and provide resources, materials, availability documentation and other resources required for the shutdown period.
-Reviewing all activities to be performed during the shut-down period to ensure that all possible elements are included, such as: tank storage, vessels, valves, pipelines systems, columns, heat exchangers. Verifying piping networks with P & ID drawings.
-Define (with production department) the plant isolation works for needs of purging and vent and also writing a list of blinds.
-Preparing lists of pipes, flanges, valves, Safety Relief Valves, gaskets, filters, bolts and nuts which must be supplied by the client in accordance with technical specifications and ANSI standards B31.1; B31.3; B31.4; B31.8 and B16.5.
-Defining the area and size of necessary scaffolds.
-Preparing the documentation for necessary permits for all shutdown works and awareness HSE and Quality.
-Studying the technical documentation received from the client (P&ID, data sheet, technical documentation for execution) to execute the shutdown activities for each equipments provided in off plan or outside it.
-Following –up the works status to be performed in the field during the shutdown period for completing with necessary documentation or technical information.
-Elaborating the certificates and final technical files for the end of the works executed as per shutdown schedule or customer request for pipeline systems and static equipments (vessels, columns, heat exchangers, tanks, air cooler, manual and pneumatic valves)
-Ensuring that engineering activities is carried out in accordance with procedures and contractual requirements and also supervising the correct application of the HSE norms
