Main Duties: Project managment of projects bigger than the average houses. Painting of Houses internal and external. Painting of metal balustrades, gates, fences and general painting and waterproofing works.

HS Metal: 2004- 2005
Main Duties: Welding of property gates, fencing and various different structural metal works. Specialize in ARC and MIC welding.

DSS Maintenance: 2002-2004
Main Duties: Doing maintenance on various construction sites in London .Duties mainly included painting, carpentry and tiling.

O’Neil & Brennan: 2001-2002
Main Duties: Working as a handyman on a construction site in London with mainly painting, carpentry and demolition duties.

Herold Vogel Tilers: 1994-2001
Main Duties: Working on various construction sites mainly doing project management, site management and hands on tiling. Project management was performed mainly on big contracts exceeding 1000m² and site managment on smaller projects.

I have been working in construction for 15 years with experience in project managment, painting, welding, carpentry, and tiling. I’m a very hard worker and can be depended on doing any job to the highest quality expected. I can work under any managment and I’m a good team player and can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
