1.Area and line clearance to prevent mix up and cross contamination between different products or batches.
2.Weight uniformity test of hard gelatin capsules, tablets and sachets.
3.Thickness & diameter for tablets and length for hard gelatin capsules.
4.Hardness of tablets.
5.Friability of tablets.
6.Disintegration time of tablets and capsules.
7.Weight uniformity test of soft capsules during encapsulation.
8.Shape uniformity and sealing of soft capsules during encapsulation.
9.Weight uniformity test of soft capsules after drying.
10.Weight uniformity test of Cream, Ointment and Gel.
11.Extrusion test for Cream, Ointment and Gel
12.Reviewing data of primary packaging material (Tubes).
13.Measuring specific gravity of liquids and suspension.
14.Weight uniformity test of liquids and suspension.
15.Reviewing data printed using labeling machine.
16.Reviewing data printed on primary and secondary packaging materials.

2.Portable Waterproof pH Meter Model HANNA (HI-9025), JENWAY and CRISON (GLP 21).
3.Auto ranging Portable Waterproof Microprocessor EC/TDS/NaCl/°C Meter Model HANNA (HI-9835) and CRISON (GLP31).
4.Tablets Harness tester DR.SCHLEUNIGER.
5.Manual Caliper and Electronic Digital Caliper Model (N48AA).
6.Analytical Balance.
7.Traceable Hygrometer / Thermometer with Recorder output Instructions Model: CONTROL COMPANY 4187CC.
8.Vacuum Pump.
