As a well site supervisor for Glenn Wright and CML Exploration the abilities to drill problem wells in record time by communicating well and resolving issues quickly, being very able to walk into an operation and take over in any situation. Knowing and reacting to downhole situations ,the ability to understand horizontal planning and efficiency of equipment , knowledge of rigs and machinery and knowing the ratings , the ability to bid for services to save moneys for the employer , familiarity with casings and cementing designs , the knowledge of under balanced drilling, mud properties and chemicals and most importantly communication and observation at all times we successfully drilled several wells from east to south Texas Problem free.there is no well too difficult or too far for my services.
