JOB RESPONSIBILTIES(PREVIUOS JOB)

I JOINED IN ESQUIRE CHEMICALS INDUSTRIES LTD. (HYDROGEN PEROXIDE PLANT) ON JANUARY 1ST,2008 AND THROUGHLY READ THE AGREEMENT OF SUMEC.

I was HOLD THE POSSITION OF CHIEF ENGINEER OF ESQUIRE CHEMICALS INDUSTRIES LTD.

ALL DESIGNS AND PROCESS FLOW WAS CHECKED BY ME AND ALSO RECONSIDERATION ABOUT THE PLANT DESIGN.


Job responsibilites:


1) Prepared the problems and troubleshooting list of H2O2 and also reformer section from plant experience.
2) Prepared comparism lists of
a) Expected raw material and utilities consumption
b) Finished products quality specification
c) Plant capacities
d) Plant design
e) Plant process
f) Equipments and Chemical specification etc.
3) Prepared process flow diagram of reformer section and H2O2 plant.
4) Reported to the Managing Director of various matter on process problems and process development.
5) Reviewed Basic Engineering Design documents and prepared Technical agenda for kick off meeting for SUMEC (China)
6) All decision had taken by me in absence of Managing Director and also fully involve in erection work









Job responsibilities: (Previous job)


Previously I was working as the Ass. Process Engineer of H.P. Chemicals Ltd. After joining in that industry, got training of H2 (Hydrogen & PSA ) & H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide) Plant . After completion training fully involve in erection of full plant.

1) Start up the reformer section and hydrogen peroxide plant.
2) The whole plant controlled by DCS (Distributed Control System) . I was involved with the DCS operation system of the whole process plant of H.P. Chemicals Ltd.

As the Ass. Process Engineer my responsibilities were as follows:

1) To supervise all the activities of my subordinates working in the H2 & H2O2 plant.
2) To check up all log sheets of the process plant.
3) To trained up my subordinates up to satisfactory level

INDUSTRIAL ATTACHMENT
„u The industrial attachment of four (4) weeks in ¡§TABANI BEVERAGE COMPANY¡¨(Cocacola) duration from July, 12th to Sep,10th in a project entitled on ¡§Industrial Process Operation and Quality Control¡¨ under Pr.¡¨ The proceedings of this work have been accepted for oral presentation in Chemical Engineering and Polymer Science Department, Shah Jalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet. The duties and responsibilities during this period cover a wide range of activities.
