Job Description (for paper works);
• Acting to be Supervisor when/if handicapped for attendance.
• To make a briefing for Tool Box Meeting & Morning Meeting everyday.
• To make work permit either cold, hot, confined space or entry work permit (for hot and confined space works need detail briefing).
• To record and report for all jobs which are to be done by Technicians to supervisor.
• Paper Works (to complete Work Order, Man Hours record, Historical Record, etc).
• To arrange Technicians to distribute their jobs each other.
• To search at Final Document Book and Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID) to look for their parts if get some or big trouble either Static or Rotating equipment.
Job Description (for field works);
To lead mechanical maintenance group in performing for all corrective, preventive, troubleshoot and predictive mechanical maintenance of Static & Rotating. Such as;
• Responsible and give troubleshoot of Sullair Air Compressor (Model DS-13 Double Stage – Screw Rotary & Model LS-100 Single Stage-Screw Rotary) for air instrument utility and plant air utility.
• Remove and replace MEMBRANE Unit (function as removing CO2 from the gas to be Permeate Gas).
• Repair Arm of WHRU (Waste Heat Recovery Unit), the hydraulic system functioning to lift up and go down the unit for heating and no heating Memguard and Molsiev pipes line.
• Centrifugal Gas Compressors for Sales Gas, Propane, Re-injection Gas (Hitachi 2BCH457).
• Gas Turbine Generators (Hitachi H-25) and Waste Heat Recovery Unit (WHRU).
• Associated Gas Compressors (OVHD Compressor/Reciprocating Compressor).
• Triplex Pumps Model 200T-5L for water injection pumps.
• Centrifugal Pump (Ebara, Durco, Miltonroy, Sundyne).
• Assembling Pumping Unit (Pumping Jack for Oil).
• Jord Fin Fan Cooler.
• Turbo Expander.
• Reboiler, KO Drums.
• Amine Flash Column, Inlet Separator, Thermal Oxidizer, Gas-gas Heat Exchanger, Plate-Heat Exchanger, Vessel (Horizontal or Vertical), Valve, Memguard, RO Filter Water, Molsiev, etc. equipments to ensure the safe, reliable and profitable operation of Betara Gas Plant.
• To facilitate all mechanical maintenance troubleshooting and repair the Plant facilities to maximize unit availability and reliability goals of Betara Gas Plant.
