Officer Engineer
Temporary skilled level position at Military Engineering (Roads Sector) in Sinai, Egypt. Benefits: Medical Aid and Pension Fund.
Duties & Responsibilities
1-Operating various types of Asphalt Mixing plants as Miller and Gencor.
2-Maintenance for the mixing plants.
3-Repair for the automatic control system
4- Developing for advanced and complete control system solution that include changing the mechanical weighing system to new one with load cells and integrate it with new design ( PLC +SCADA) control System
5- Design for temperature control system for boilers using microcontroller.
6- Maintenance and repair for diesel generator units.
7-maintenance and repair hydraulic system for some equipments such as (wheel loader and Bulldozer ).
8-Operating mixers with both air pressure and programmable logic controllers (PLC) balancing.
9-Capable for maintenance of electric troubleshoots in control room.
Responsible for mechanical maintenance outdoor for the mixers.
10-Operating Diesel generators for backup power.
11-Power distribution using small control circuits.
12-Attend and help in changing control unit from air pressure to programmable logic controllers with wiring, programming the unit and testing it step by step.
