1.Revised and developed the following Daughter Station programs:
•Daily Operation Runsheet
•Toolbox Meeting Procedure
•Daily Operation Report
2.Drafted the following Daughter Station procedures documents:
•Facilities Maintenance Procedure Program (Preventive, Predictive, Planned and Shutdown Maintenance)
•Draining Procedure
•KPI Reporting Procedure
•Maintenance Procedure for MATS (a modular cylinder container for CNG storage)
•Commissioning and Decommissioning Procedure
•Dispensing Procedure
3.Traced and documented the entire Daughter Station asset for Asset Registration.
4.Drafted the Identification of Safety Critical Equipment and their Performance Standard on the Asset Registry based on the applicable international standards.
5.Identifies and evaluates incidents and provide report, rectification and countermeasures, which will immediately reflect in the Maintenance Procedure Program to ensure elimination of the recurrence of the incident of same nature.
6.Responsible for follow-up and receiving parts shipment, provide report on spare parts inventory, and maintain update.
7.Established data chart for Bus Testing and Consumption Computation Data.
8.Provides daily operational and maintenance report and ensures compliance with PSPC TRM, RCA policies and procedures.
9.Assist vendor (Galileo Argentina) in all vendor supplied equipment repair, design revision and rectification activities.
10.Carried out CNG cylinders re-qualification and inspection under ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII/ Section X, NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) 52, and CSA (Canadian Standards Association) C-6.4. The first re-qualification and cylinder inspection done in Philippines for CNG powered vehicles.
11.Continuous research for efficient and effective applicable procedure for operation and maintenance.
12.Provides training and leadership to the station staff for safe, efficient and accident-free carrying out of duties.
13.Provides safety awareness training based on Emergency Response Strategy.
14.Participates in the creation and deliberations of the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Case as would be implemented in the operations and maintenance of the CNG Daughter Station facilities.
