1. KHUBAIB FOUNDATION Asst Manager Administration
• Assist in the establishment and implementation of all administrative system of Head Office & Project Sites and procedures consistent with Khubaib Foundation execution mode.
• Deal with the all the Embassies for visas and other issues like Donations / Goods and other stuff.
• Assist in the establishment and implementation of the Government issues (Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Safron & ANF and procedures consistent with Khubaib Foundation execution mode.
• Manage all the movement inside/outside Foreign and National Delegation (International Delegation, Prime Ministers, Presidents etc)
• Supervise the procurement department, supplies and sundries as may be needed in the Head Office and all Projects, in accordance with Khubaib Foundation guidelines.
2. Sialkot Dry Port Trust
Admin&Finance Officer
•Provide support to supervisors
oSolve all the day to day issues concerning Administration and Accounts.
oPrepare Cash Book, General Ledgers, Bank Reconciliation Statements Fortnightly, and Petty Cash.
oUpdate files in data base.
oDealing with all the cores of activities concerning Export & Import Department
oDealing with all the cores of activities concerning Import Logistics
oProvide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance.
oProvide basic counseling to staff that have performance related obstacles.
oProvide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans.
•Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
oMonitor daily attendance.
oProvide advice and recommendations on disciplinary action.
oMonitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions.

3. Bahria Town-Coordinator
•Dealing with all the cores of activities concerning Administration.
•Dealing as an Overseas Floor In-charge in Overseas Department.
•Set-up Payrolls, Accounts, Update files in data base.
•Solve the queries of Islamabad / Lahore and Home Plus Customers.
•Coordinate in ¡§Recruitment Process of Administration Staff.
•Coordination with marketing department to make commercial schedules on daily basis and to make sure that they on-aired on accurate time.
•Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment.
