- Manage the Logistics department within the country including budgeting for and directing the four main departments: Freight, Distribution Centers, quality control and Transportation

- Optimize the supply chain operations and handling of all inbound/outbound shipments (oversee of all vehicle fleet).
- Monitor the P&L with respect to budget and previous years' performance
- Interact with Operations & Merchandize to control delivery performance and requirements (KPI’s control).
- Monitor operations related shrink within the country
- Manage WMS projects (Warehouse Management System)/software implementation
- Manage processes layout and Product profiling
- Set metrics, OBP, Standards, Continuous Improvements models and measurements
- Implement and foresee Safety, ISO, FEMA procedures and Six Sigma Training
- Execute Labor Regulations, standards, Policies and engineering practices
- Execute Benchmarking, Gain-sharing programs, planning and forecasting
- Develop gain-sharing program to promote and drive efficiency/productivity
-Develop and implemented labor standards and performance reporting
-Identify and implement cost reduction plans resulting in annual savings - departmental layouts to network optimization
-Implemented Safety programs and Risk Assessment analysis.
-Responsible for developing and implementing an outbound QC process resulting in an overall improvement from 89% to 99% in packing accuracy.
-Member of optimization committee, made presentations and gained consensus for DC projects
-Responsible for business forecast and production planning.
