CURRENT JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Preparation of competitive bids (tenders) and implementing winning strategies.

- Presentation of periodic projects / business performances reviews of contracts and clients

- Developing new businesses, implementing sales strategies for clients through identification of new opportunities and detail knowledge of customers’ needs.

- Contract analysis – Identify scope of work, embedded opportunities, the requirements and associated risks.

- Liaising with key departments (legal & finance) on all projects to ensure and exact contract terms / budget.

- Focal point for company tenders/bids meetings, responses, and contract clarifications

- Compose contract language and prepare contracts and other documents related to company core business

- Approves QA/QC invoices (Exxonmobil - third party contract) for payment by Mobil Producing

- Analysizing all received PO's, RFQ's, RFP's and ITT documents to ensure compliance

- Ensure achievement of overall objectives and control the company’s resources towards target realization

- Competently attending valued meetings, conferences and exhibitions including the annual OTC.
