KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implementing IT Budgets, hardware & software analysis
2. Proactively suggesting ways of improving system performance, confidentiality and reliability.
3. Develop solid relationships with infrastructure/operational teams and - leverage the relationships to improve system stability and availability.
4. Manage PHP and ASP servers; generate reports using script engines for decision-making.
5. Ensures that VBScripts are working efficiently on client/server side effectively.
6. Ensures the security and optimization of servers, firewall, anti-virus control, operating platforms and user interfaces with systems.
7. Management of IT system vulnerability analysis & Disaster Recovery Planning
8. Management of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
9. Coordinate and prioritize all escalated activities, including testing, project management and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes
10. Enforce IS Security Policy of the company
11. Assist in determining the impact of operational issues and provide input into their resolution via data extraction and quantification
12. Take ownership of computer system issues, through root cause analysis and resolution.
13. Oversees the activities of assigned subordinate according to work instruction so as to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the computer systems.
