Piping systems engineer

Mi actual objective is to continue working in piping designing for Oil and Gas industry.

December 2000 – Present Date

Working in Proha Naval and Proha Technologies, S.L., having the Technical Manager post. During this time we have been involved in various projects for the Norwegian company Vik-Sandvik (Oceanic Viking transformation, R.R. Bolero, VS 480 MPSV and revision of different projects).In addition to this , we have been working in the 1591, 1594 and 1595 constructions for Vulcano Shipyard in Spain. For Dragados Off-Shore, I’ve been directly involved in Buzzard project and later in the Hammerfest, Adriatic and MPF-01 projects in piping organization, spooling, sequences for installation process. Along this time giving training to new access engineers in Dragados Off-Shore for piping systems work.

Piping designer for constructions 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 84, Independence and Tanana for Navantia Shipyards.

1995 - 1997

Piping designer for Dragados Off-Shore for projects Captain, Britannia, Blue Water and Oresund Bridge.

1977 – 1995

Responsible of Technical Office in Tubos Reunidos, S.A., taking care of the different projects along this time from reception and analyzing of incoming information to drawings and isos generation, timetables, on site sketching, materials, stress calculations, test pressures, expanding, QA/QC, etc.

Training in Hydrographic Institute of Spanish Navy in elaboration of marine charts.

Draughtsman in architectural offices of Mr. Julio Roa for the development of several building projects.
