: Involved in pre commissioning, commissioning, start up till plant normal production
: Familiar with fractionation, distillation and purification process
: Skilled and fully trained in cracking furnace, cracked gas compressor & refrigerant compressor operation.
: Operate the plant through DSC system. Familiar with Bailey Network 20, Yokogawa Cs, Honeywell TD 2000 and Fisher Rosemount Delta V system.

: Adjust/ resetting process parameter accordingly to meet requirement.
: Assure plant running safe and smooth on the maximum output.
: Do a plant troubleshooting.
: Conduct training and train a new comer.
assist shift supervisor to handle and manage a shift.
: Report any incident, accident, and near miss to shift supervisor.
: Guide, teach, and train shift member on operating a plant with safest manner.
: Conduct / refresh shift safety meeting.
: Conduct toolbox session.
: Take part in plant safety walk about.
: Together with shift supervisor analysis the quality output from lab.
: Discuss with senior technician who operates the DCS on trouble shooting. Familiar and hand-on experiences working with DCS.

: Make sure all a process parameter within a specification.
Adjust plant parameters accordingly and plant troubleshooting.
: Make sure the entire process event are log in.
Develop and written SOP, safety procedure for Malaysia plant.
: Develop and design a Permit to Work for Malaysia plant.
: Develop and conduct training program for technician and operator.
: Commissioning and Start up the plant.
: Commissioning , Start up and oversee Utilities unit included -25 C glycol water generation, 5 C chilled water generation, waste water treatment plant, steam generation boiler.
: Supervise/ lead a production team on daily plant operation.
: Analyze and decide with regards of production versus quality.
: Work closely with technical with regard of technical issue.
: Plan the plant maintenance work, PM schedule so that will not effect to the production.
: Aware on raw materials stocks and product despatch to customer.
: Create & investigate an accident, incident and near miss and report it into a system.
: Responsible as a Incident Controller during emergency
