CAREER SUMMARY
Has more than 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry. My career progressions start from Assistant Engineering Inspector to Senior Welding Inspector, QA/QC Engineer, Project Quality Site Manager and Project Manager for Germanischer Lloyd Industrial Services seconded to BP/GUPCO on REHAB Project. Currently holding Project Manager position for SKSWood Sdn Bhd in Brunei for Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Marine Construction Yard Facilities Upgrade.
I am very familiar with RBI Software namely CIRRAS utilised in Brunei Shell Petroleum (BSP) and GALIOM utilised in British Petroleum (BP) / Gulf Petroleum Company (GUPCO) in Egypt.. I am also ISO9001-2000 BVQI Approved Lead Assessor certified in July 2005.
I have demonstrates my technical, professional and attitudinal capabilities necessary to be a leading team member for onshore and offshore work. Good practical experience in materials, welding [repair and modification], inspection, corrosion, failure analysis evaluations, fracture mechanics in design and quality control. Familiar with Shell DEP’s Standard and other International Standard such as ASME, ANSI, API, BS and ISO. Good knowledge and understanding of Quality Management System [QMS]. Last but not least, has field supervision experience of complex and difficult repairs of critical steel under severe time restraint.
Has compiled two procedures for Brunei Shell Petroleum namely:

1. QA/QC in Facility Design, Construction and Maintenance Activities. Procedure no. BSP 12P10
2. Control of Non-Conformance in Projects and Maintenance. Procedure No. BSP12P9.

Principal achievement to date:
I was nominated as the Operation Services Environmental Management Representatives in pursuing ISO14001 certification for Brunei Shell Petroleum Company for their Operation Services Department. I have successfully acquired the ISO14001 certification for Brunei Shell Petroleum Operation Services Department under my leadership in 2005.
Successfully developed and Launch Competent Standard for Plant Inspectors – 2002
Assist Cressier Refinery, Switzerland during their Year 2000 major shutdown on behalf of Brunei Shell Petroleum Company. Rated as outstanding plant inspector by the Chief Inspector of Cressier Refinery. (See Attachment 1).

Contribute to the success of Well Blow Out (RS-19) containment supporting Red Adair Company – 1989
