To Build up a Strong Carrier in OIL & GAS field by applying my specialized skill which I posses to work under the challenging environment with my best capabilities for the betterment of the organization,

I have been associated with BHPB (Pakistan) since construction phase of Extend Well Test(June-2000.) I have the unique honor to doing the first excavation, pouring the first foundation and fixing the first brick of EWT, Phase-1 & Phase-2 Plant and Building construction as Project Engineer, while I was the part of BHPB Project team.
From Nov-2003, after completion of phase-1 construction, I have been moved to Operation dep’t as a Civil Supervisor & so for taking the responsibility for all civil works related to plant, building & well heads, it's includes repair & maintenance of building, infrastructure, Roads and plant foundations including new construction/expansion of existing structures etc. Duties included day to day management of civil contractors, liaison with local and foreign based designers, consultants for modification of Misc. structures.
Current Roles & Responsibilities in Operation Section,
•Initial Assessment of required jobs, preparation of proposed drawings, bill of quantities, SOW.
•Negotiating with contractors for rates and job specifications prior to finalization of the jobs.
•Developing terms and conditions with contractors.
•Working as per Permit to work procedures.
•Monitoring progress for different activities of short term and long term contractors.
•Discussions with all contractors on work plan issues and advise for appropriate actions.
•Creation of notifications for different civil activities through GSAP and follow up for work order, requisitions, Service Orders for different jobs / contractors.
•Liaise with Account section (Islamabad) to sort out payment problems for different contractors, whenever required by contractors.
•Creation of SES through GSAP for contractor’s invoices to budget authority’s approvals.
•Participate in conceptional design & Planning of various upcoming projects.
•Attend daily pass meetings, Planning & other Field management team’s meetings.
•Conduct tool box meetings with different contractors and Prepare+ discuss JSA for different jobs.
•Support to contractor’s supervisors/Engineers for work permits and different site issue related to scope of works and clarifies the confusions (if any) for drawings and specification.
•Raise-up ECR (Engineering Change Review)

•Educational Qualification : Higher Secondary School Certificate Professional Qualification : Diploma of Associate Engineers, (Civil Engineering in1977)

Computer Literate
• MS word, Excel, Microsoft outlook, adobe Acrobat, Internet, Voloview, Familiar with GSAP, Maximo & network drives, printing etc.
Safety Courses:
• BHP’s Permit to work system, BHP’s Rigging & Lifting Training (NSL) Rigging and Scaffolding supervisor, PTW Supervision & monitoring, Job Safety Analysis, Handling of Hazards material, Working at Height procedures, Fatal Risk control procedures, Engineering Change Management, Onshore Environment Awareness, Workshop on Hazard Identification, Excavation & Penetration Procedures, Time Management, Defensive driving, First Aid course, Industrial safety & accident prevention etc
