Working as Instrument & Control Engineer in Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited (FFCL) Project, Sadiqabad, Rahim Yar Khan

Company Profile:
FFCL is the joint venture of FATIMA and ARIF HABIB Group. This project is the largest ever investment by local sponsors in green field, in Pakistan. Sojitz Corporation (SC), assisted by world-renowned suppliers and technology-licensors like Kellogg, Kawasaki and Stamicarbon, has been engaged by the FFCL for setting up of the Project. China National Chemical Engineering Corporation (CNCE) is setting up the NP plant, in addition to being responsible for civil and mechanical completion of the Complex. The Urea, NP plant and power plant are new, whereas the remaining plants are used and have been relocated to the Project Site.

Responsibilities:
 Preparation of Punch List for the activities carried out by Construction group
 Supervision of Field Construction project related to Instrumentation
 Involved in Instrument Quotation Review from different Vendors
 Preparation of Daily and Weekly Instrument Progress Reports
 Preparation of Cable Laying Schedule for DCS and MCC
 Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Personal Progress Reports
 Preparation of Comparative Statements for the Procurement of Instruments
 Verification of ILDs provided by different Vendors
 Understanding different Drawings related to Instrument like P & IDs, Data Sheets, and Hook-up
 Management of Man Power to achieve tasks within given Time Frame
 Installation of basic Instruments like Control Valves, Pressure, Temperature, Flow Transmitters, Analyzers, Switches etc.
