Scope & Responsibilities

• Collecting and taking samples for the following products:
- Naphtha
- kerosene
- Light Diesel
- Heavy Diesel
- Atmospheric Residue
- Light Vacuum Gas oil
- Heavy vacuum Gas oil
- Vacuum residue
- Crude oil
- Desallter inlet & outlet for water and crude oil.
- water PH.
- LPG samples. (Cylinder)
- Off gas samples. (Cylinder)
- H2S samples. ( Balloon)
• Chemical injection for the following :
- - Flimming Amine
- - Corrosion Inhibitor


• Dealing with the following Equipments :
- - separating Vessels
- - Fractionators Towers
- - Heaters
- - Desallter
- - Pumps
- - Heat exchangers…
- -(Fixed head – float head – U Tube)
- - Air coolers
- - Boiler
- - Compressor
- - Control valves…
- - (pressure – temperature – level and flow)
