Responsibilities: mining projects orders for materials, spare parts and equipment processing, local and foreign markets investigation to find potential suppliers, collection and sorting-out suppliers price proposals, ordered goods delivery coordination, Baku based warehouse audits and stocks minimum level control, preparation and management of purchasing projects documentation and procedures, inviting suppliers for tenders and commercial proposals analyze, business trips to the mining project sites in Ganja and Balakan for local markets investigation and items in projects stocks inventory, working close with logistics and finance departments to track and trace ordered items delivery to the final destination and placed orders timely payments, weekly and monthly purchases reports for each of the company projects and their presentation upon company management request.
