1) Working as Estimator in UTCC Constructions LLC, a Roads and Infrastructure Developing Company Dubai, UAE from February 2007.
Responsibilities include Preparing enquiries to send to manufacturers and suppliers to get the market price of various materials required for the work and collect and compare the rates to adopt suitable rate for the preparation of competitive estimate.
Arrange Site visits with clients prior to tendering to get an idea about the geometrical characteristics of the Project area and to find the existing obstructions that may interfere in the proposed work.
Quantify and price each and every items required for the completion of the project.
Coordinate with contracts department to fix the subcontractors for specified works.
2) Worked as Site Engineer in Condor Building Contracting Co. LLC, Dubai, U.A.E from May 2006 to Nov 2006. ( Construction of Filling station at Al Barsha, Dubai )
Responsibilities included preparation of material submittals and drawings.
Allocate optimum workers and equipments for each activities.
Complete the work in scheduled period of time keeping the quality of work
Arrange materials for the work
Coordinate various elements connecting the work and conducting meetings at the site with Client and Consultant to evaluate the progress of the work.
Prepare and submit daily report to the Project Manager.
3) Worked as Site Engineer in Yamuna Constructions (pvt) Ltd, Kerala.( 16/Nov/’05 – 16/May/06)
Responsibilities included material and labour arrangement, execution, supervision and quality assurance of the work, interaction between client and consultant, co-ordinating various elements of of the work and keeping daily reports for monthly meetings.
