Job Duties:

„X Involved in the engineering, maintenance and repair activities within the automotive industry in Egypt.
„X Engaged in the provision of efficient equipment and facility solutions, spanning from planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programmers, recommending cost efficient engineering solutions, to the coordination of engineering related activities.
„X Monitored and adjusted all mechanical / pneumatic equipment, control gauges, distributor panels, valves, thermostats, diffusers and other necessary equipment to provide a comfortable environment for the automotives.
„X Performed preventive maintenance (PM) duties, including changing filters, oiling motors, inspecting / adjusting belts, replacing motor bearings, aligning shafts and annual inspections as directed by manufacturers.
„X Inspected engine room equipment, fan room equipment, cooling tower, all motors, house pumps and sump pumps.
„X Documented and reported activities to supervisor.
„X Responded immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc), as well as technicians' concerns.
„X Been almost the only maintenance staff member on duty during certain shifts; was required required to work for extended periods of time with no rest when responding to priority / emergency situations (including overtime type assignments). This required shift work and / or on call duties at times.
