• Seeking for the post of Instrumentation Project Engineer / QA/QC/ project engineer in a professional organization, where my qualification and experience can be utilized for the benefit of the company

ƒæ Experience in handling all types of field instruments„« like, pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature Transmitters, Switches and Gauges, Control Valves and Safety Valves. Also worked in the YOKOGAWA make CS3000, DCS system and Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC¡¦s, Filed Bus. Supervising of design engineers and magers, Cable termination, cable glanding , cable tray installation, my self doing pulling of cable
ľ Review the design document and vendor packages as per the project Standard.
ľ Prepare the Instrument Index and loop wiring diagram and instrument I/O list and DCS node assign.
ľ Loop Checking of Field Instruments to DCS. Trouble Shooting of Field Instruments.
ľ Installation and commissioning of Fire and GAS detector system.
ľ INSTRUMENT ROUTE LOCATION FINALISING AND CABLE TRAY INSTALATION AND CABLE PULLING.
ƒæ Marking ¡¦¡¦ AS BUILT ¡¥¡¦ drawing for Test Package and fieldrelated instruments and Electrical circuit diagrams.
ľ Makes final decision on matters affecting site work, after consultation with customer office, and various site organization groups
ľ Resolve the Contractor Raised Quries with Technical Support Group.
ľ Project Planning and Cost Estimation Control.
ľ Preparing weekly, monthly work report and submit to customer Office.
ľ Preparing the SCR and Test package for all field instrument.
ľ DESIGNING OF GRAPHICS BUILDER AND FUNCTIONAL BLOCK(FCS) AND DCS and SDS INTERLOCK LOGIC AT YOKOGAWA make CS3000 .
ľ DCS Marshaling Cabinet (PD, Analog,Digital,F&G System, Paging System) Installation and commisioning.
ľ Hardware Console, Engineering Workstation, Operator console, Plant Resource Management, Remote management System, installation and commisioning and coordination with vendor.
ľ DCS Inter panel wiring(ILD), Sytemcable ( FTA) assembling and Earthing of system earth and cabinet earth connections and testing inspection.
ľ DCS SAT testing and commisioning.and LOOP checking and continuty testing and DDC Function Testing.
ľ Trouble Shooting of wiring and Relay of system system cabinets.
ľ Panel Review Inspection(M.R.R) and testing
ľ QA/QC INSPECTION ACTIVITY FOR FIELD INSTRUMENTS AND DCS.

Mr. N. KRISHNAN. B.E., has a total of over 4years of experience in Instrument Engineer, project management , EPC ( engineering , procurement and construction) in the gas oil separation plant and Chemical Plant construction. He has extensive international experience in Project management as per API and ISA codes and construction management. His Experience includes the significant track record in Project management .Mr.N.Krishnan is worked in Saudi HASSAD Project.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY AND SKILS :


1.Supervise the Day to Day administration of the Field Instrumentan and DCS contract on site.

2. visualy ensure work of contractors is carried out safely and efficiently in a competent manner and that they adhere to the permit system.

3. Carry out the Technical Integrity role for the instrument Engineering on projects

4. Ensure all design work is safe and carried out in a safe manner

5. Organize and direct the site engineers and inspectors controlling the works.

6. Resolve the Contractor raised Quires with technical solutions.

7. Inspects and evaluates the existing facilities and conducts failure analysis in instrument studies destructive and corrosive actions and other problems of instrumentation inspectors and provides comments or advises about problems.

10. Knowledge of digital logic techniques with ability to analyze DCS interlock system.

11. Prepares studies on analogue and smart pressure, temperature, flow and level instruments manufactured..

12. Capable of Preparing report and prepares studies on instrument facilities and has Problem solving abilities.

13. Preparation of Project QC Documentation including ITP (Inspection to Test Plan).

14. Capable of independently handling instrument engineering responsibilities on various oil & gas projects, and chemical plants.
