Project Analyst – IMIS Project Implementation (London):
• Reports directly to Project Manager Information Management.
• Manage and act as focal point to central EP IMIS Project and Project Office.
• Co-ordinate/facilitate the implementation of the multi-level IMIS (Information Management) systems, processes and procedures.
• Interface with all system users and functional teams in including all remotely located and offshore Kazakhstan, Italy, UK and all over Europe.
• Liaise with other functional groups to ensure support to the IMIS implementation programme.
• In conjunction with the central IMIS organization ensure that all project procedures/processes and systems are effectively implemented and adhered to•
• Ensure effective communication and training programme for the 1000+ system users including third party suppliers/contractors, project managers and AgipKCO staff is trained and competent in the use of the IMIS system.
• Act as first line support for general technical issues, training requirements and interrogation of IMIS system escalating to Functional groups where required.
• Using project system tools and application software to provide support, in the corporate call tracking systems (GSAF, GSS, Get IT and SAP).
• Maintain project files and issues registers for identified user account and IMIS system issues - escalating unresolved issues to Project Manager Information Management•
• Ensure IMIS is functioning according to requirements, trouble shooting where required•
• Team Review of existing processes in order to improve controls and efficiency of IMIS
• Testing of in-house scenario analysis system improvements.
• Build strong relationship across all levels to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met.
• Provide project management across board a bi-weekly reporting.
• Manage activities and reports of all IMIS coordinators across project offices in the European region.
