I have been working with ARCELOR MITTAL (formerly MITTAL STEEL) group as a General Manager-IT in Ostrava, Czech Republic since June 2003 and presently (since June 2006) I am relocated for a new assignment to Skopje, Macedonia. An overall IT experience of 23 years has given me a very strong and a stable platform to prove myself to be an asset to any professionally managed organisation which I work for.
ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) from UNISYS, LONDON has given me an able robust experience in IT Infrastructure Management skills and IT Strategic Planning. ITIL has helped me attain hands on experience to build an effective IT Infrastructure.
Realized the work on Corporate IT Policies implementation project required for controlled and Secured I.T. procedures. This also helps in making the organisation ready for Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
My KRAs include Business alignment, Performance management, IT Infrastructure Management, Introduction of New Technologies, IT Strategic Planning and build effective organisation structure, Vendor Management i.e. realizing global infrastructure and software contracts which eventually result in huge cost savings, which is a prime aim of any organization in today's context.
In addition to IT Business planning, I plan effective annual budget which eventually aims on cost reduction through continuous improvement process. These are other areas which bring the organization to the Corpoate standards and are key result areas added to my profile.
I am a qualified MCP, MCSE and a MCSA in addition to expertise in SAP and ERP (Non-SAP) management projects. 2 experiences of making SAP LIVE to my profile have given me a stable platform in handling SAP / ERP (NON-SAP) implementation projects.
