Professional Experience
•Maintenance for pumps (ALL TYPES CENTERFUGAL, RECEPROCATING, DIPHRAM …) manufactures such as (NEPTUNE , MILTONROY , I.D.P , DELTA , POMPE ,GRANDFOUSE , FLOWSERVE ,I.T.T GOULDS , Ingersoll rand , SULZER , RUHER , BRAINE and LUBE , WILDEN……..).
•Maintenance for centrifugal, screw and integral compressor manufactures such as (SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI and HOWDEN...)
•Maintenance for Blowers & steam turbine manufactures such as (SIEMENS, ELLIOT & COPPUS…).
•Maintenance for mixers and gear boxes.
• Perform/Plan/Supervise Maintenance & troubleshooting for all rotating equipment.
•Prepare rotating equipments detail design packages for plant modification and upgrades.
• Work with vendor technical representatives to resolve equipment technical problems.
.Inspect and commission new rotating equipment including vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors
•Participate in investigation teams for the analysis of individual failures related to rotating equipment. These failures include but not limited to: Mechanical Seals failures, Bearings high temperatures, Vibration issues, and Misalignment related issues.
•Assist and direct Maintenance technicians in troubleshooting rotating equipments related problems
•Supervision for General Maintenance day to day activities.
•Development, implementation and review of all maintenance work procedures according to HSE and working environment requirements.
•Prepare scope of work to determine the required manpower and spare parts for turnaround activities.
•Fine-tuning the Computerized Maintenance and Material Management System - CMMS (MAXIMO) that include: PM synchronization Shutdown work lists for major overhauls and coordination procedures. Shutdown execution progress reports. Preventive maintenance practices review, evaluation and amendment with the aim to maximize equipment life & reliability and plant availability. Spare parts stock levels review and recommendation for the necessary amendment. Update and enhancement of MAXIMO functionalities and database. Yearly and five yearly maintenance budgets.
•Supervision of condition monitoring program activities that include Review the condition-monitoring parameters for all rotating/ static equipment such as vibration analysis program using XMS SOFTWARE, oil analysis program.
