Currently I am working as DEPARTMENT MGR ( AS TEAM LEADER) in General Petroleum Engineering department at Petrobel , Sinai Oil fields, EGYPT

• Direct planning of necessary action for water shut-off , gas shut-off, well completion ,re-completion optimization , reservoir performance monitoring ,well test analysis ,enhance the effectiveness of well testing operations by monitoring the performance of all equipment and services utilized in well testing operations .
• Evaluate CBL-VDL, USIT, CAST – cement log and follow up different cement remedial jobs.
• Study new techniques and technologies and decide on applicability in Petrobel for production enhancement and optimization such as sand control and hydraulic fracturing stimulation techniques.
• Revise outlined completion, work over and well test programs.
• Recommend the necessary actions and/or strategies that to be considered for production optimization.
• Validate the production well performance by analyzing the production parameters, the data of down hole monitoring systems by Multi-Sensors.
• Verifying implementation of the recommended actions and strategies.
• Member in the taskforce team for production optimization and problems troubleshooting:
- Extended the Electrical Submersible Pump ESP average running life.
- Minimized production down time and costs.
- Optimized the production through gravel pack and hydraulic fracturing-pack techniques.
- Preparing and introduction technical presentations.
