• Assist in plan to prep and formulation of lifting plans
• Coordination of carnage involved in the installation of heavy lift equipments
• Development of route plans.
• Assist on site Rigging Superintendent (Tony Bergman) in day to day work activities and conducting tool-box talks, periodic equipment inspections, equipments order as well as installation sequences.
• Inspect cranes, slings, shackles, hooks¡K
