• Design of site specific safety plans & programs for various residential & commercial projects
• Installation & inspection of pipe scaffolding (Both systems: scaffolding & standard pipe framing).
• Conducting tool box meetings for workers & foremen (usually twice a week).
• Attending PM weekly & monthly safety meetings.
• Conducting safety audits as per individual project requirements.
• Incident reporting & resolutions.
• Recording all incidents (including near misses) and analyzing results to device mechanisms to avoid reoccurrences in the future.
• Responsible for all PPE procurement in the site (including tests certificates, technical data & PPE demand analysis).
• Preparing all quality documents for all projects.
• Preparing the company quality manual as per ISO 9001:2000 standard.
• Supports delivery of health and safety policy and standards.
• Preparing a project specific quality plan (PQP).
• Ensuring that audits are conducted on a regular basis.
• Ensuring that all quality related aspects are in compliance with the project requirements
• Inspector for OSBL tanks foundation.
• Inspector for Pipe Racks Pre-cast concrete elements and related erection activity.
• Inspector for perlite elements.
• Coordinating of plumbing works, electrical works.
• Ensuring Construction Jobs & inspection records.
• Concrete activities and finishing Quality Control documents.
• Closing punch list and hand over for project elements.
• Reviewing Documents according to the ACI,ASTM& Specifications
• Prepared ITP's And all quality submittal's
