Career Objective
Implementing the petroleum industry standard for high quality fluid analysis that provides full solution to any reservoir fluids related project
Professional Experience
9 Years in various laboratory
Field Engineer Reservoir Fluid Laboratory at PT Core lab Indonesia
October 2007 – March 2009
Responsible for:
A.Surface Oil and Gas Sampling
To perform PVT - Hydrocarbon sampling with an extensive range of high-pressure cylinders, which collect samples from the wellhead, test separator and any other process points.
B.Oil and Gas Analysis
Routinely to do the analysis on-site oil and gas during well tests to determine compositional and fluid properties. The measurements include gas composition testing for carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide and other sulphur species, as well as mercury and radon. Hydrogen sulphide, mercaptans and mercury contents are determined on site due to the associated losses within sample cylinders.
C.Mobile PVT Laboratories
Core Lab's mobile laboratories are currently being used for well site restoration, sample validation and the evaluation of oil-based mud filtrate contamination. This is particularly important for proving, validating and transferring samples from open hole tools such MDT or RCI chambers. The mobile laboratories are also used where a quick analysis is essential to the client and in overseas and remote locations where it would prove difficult to export samples.
Field Experiences:
1.Trans Gas Indonesia, Jambi, sales gas monitoring Belilas-Duri lines and Belilas-Batam lines, periode of October 2007 up to October 2008.
2.Betara Gas Plant Petrochina, Jambi, performance test, April up to May 2008.
3.PGN (Perusahaan Gas Negara), Muara Tawar Gas Station, 2008.
Product Development Chemist – DuPont Powder Coatings Indonesia
May 2003 – September 2007
Responsible for overseeing all Product Development procedures to ensure conformity with International specification and standard in the respect of raw materials, in process sample, finished product, troubleshooting and application techniques. Aim: to meet the ideally of cost down policies and customer satisfaction.
June 2000 – April 2003: Some Local Chemical Manufacture
Eductation
Dept of Chemistry, Institute Technology of Bandung, Indonesia, GPA 2.78/4.
Thesis title is “The Tunu Gas flowlines: A Preliminary Study on The CO2 Corrosion Rate Determining Factors”, TOTAL Indonesie, East Kalimantan, September up to December 1997.
Description: Base on the past available data of Tunu surface production parameters, the works ended up with the proposal of the following preliminary exponential formulae and this would be provided by the next production data.
Corrosion Rate (mpy) = Qga1 + Qoa2 + Qwa3 + pCO2a4 + Ta5 + 10(a6CI+a0)
Where Qg, Qo, Qw, pCO2, T and CI are gas, oil, water flowrates, CO2 partial pressure, temperature and Corrosion Inhibitor dosage respectively and a0-6 are contants which are specific for the certain wells. By having this preliminary formulae, one could perform an optimum corrosion inhibitor dosage’s prediction for the minimum desirable corrosion rate.
Certification
