Seeking a position as a Welding Engineer/Material Engineer.

18 years experience as a "Welding Engineer" in oil/gas onshore and offshore Companies “SOCAR”, "McDermott International" and Construction Companies “Nurol” and “Yuksel” in Middle East and Azerbaijan. I have experience in preparation of welding execution plans; qualification of welding procedures for process piping (cladded & exotic materials including SS, INCONEL (clad), Duplex SS), structural’s, pipelines installations using manual and mechanize/automatic, arc welding and Orbital GTAW processes.
Preparation and follow of WPQR campaign (SuperDuplex, Duplex, CuNi, CS, Clad)
-Implementation of Orbital Welding for small bore and tubing (autogenious and with wire) with Polysoude welding machines.
-Support project management regarding welding and quality issues.
Have experience in welding procedures specifications (WPSs) preparations; administration of welders’ testing/qualification and preparation of Welder’s Qualification Certificates in accordance with the Codes/Standards specified by the Clients; review of vendor welding procedures, method statements and work instructions.
Supervise review of manufacturing procedure specification (MPS) of steel mills prior to order and final production of steels; supervise technical evaluation prior to purchase and receiving of onshore and offshore materials.
Have good experience & understanding of welding design codes & standards e.g., AWS D1,1, EEMUA 158, ASME Sec. IX/ B31.3/B31.8, API 1104, API 650, API 582 design code for offshore structures API –RP-2A-WSD, Materials Specification ASME II A & B, EN 10225, ASME II Part C.
