Key Highlight: Joined as an engineering trainee and subsequently promoted to field engineer, with independent responsibility of handling campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis and Field Service: Pro-active data analysis, Design, Execution and Evaluation (DEE) of Stimulation treatments while adhering to service delivery and safety standards. Also involved in making the technical part of proposals and tenders.
• Resource Management: Tracking of current resources (equipment/ chemicals/ human) and regular updating I-district (forecasting and resource planning software)
• HSE and Loss Prevention: Active member of the HSE loss prevention team for Well Services.
• Logistics and Supply: Coordination with Supply chain department to meet operational deadlines and fix lead times for deliveries. On-field logistic coordination with client logistical representatives for the same.
• Mentoring and training: Guiding newly recruited employees through the training period to ensure competitive training progression as per program.
Key Achievements:
• Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (India): Responsible for Technical Quality Assurance and Control for a twenty member team which performed stimulation on wells in Gujarat.
• Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (India): Lead member of the technical team for Gandhar Power-Stim Project II. Worked on enhancing the production and thereby increased the revenue for India¡¦s largest onshore oil asset in Gujarat.
• Great Eastern Energy Cooperation Ltd (India): High volume CBM fracturing project in East India. Of the two technical members on field.
• British Gas Explorations and Production India Ltd: Involved in the preparation for the gravel pack and acid jobs, ensuring equipment and chemicals availability and compliance.
• Schlumberger QHSE: Awarded twice for outstanding QHSE Reporting and loss prevention.
