Duties & Responsibilities :
• Supervision of company existing projects with particular attention to control / assurance responsible for the execution and monitoring of approved quality control / assurance. Manual in the field of Mechanical Engineering, piping, coating and painting. Preparation and submittal of quality documents to QC supervisor and / or QA/QC manager.
• Perform in-process and final inspection of Mechanical, piping, coating and painting activities that includes verification of dimensions on all pipe work activities with respect to the approved construction drawings and blasting materials to be used. Inspection and testing of coating / painting equipment, visual inspection and verify surface profile of metal surface prior to coating / painting after blasting / cleaning.
• Conduct visual inspection on all piping materials received in accordance to the required specification of the project, coated / painted surfaces and verify the wet and dry film thickness. Prepare record and / or report of completed works among others.
• Conducts Inspection on pipe stringing and lowering of pipe activities in accordance to approved quality and standards.

past experiance :Power Plant:
• Base foundation, levelling,piping & Instrumentation of two Gas Engine Generator.
• Set up the electrical panels(Both LT & HT) and a group work in cable schedule of this plant.
• Set up and commissioning of Gas Compressor, Supplied by Utile Engineering Ltd.England.
• Assist Commissioning Engineer of Rolls Royce Bergen in the commissioning period.

Water Treatment Plant:
• Reverse Osmosis RO plant
• Anion,cation exchanger column for DM water and softener
• Cooling Tower

Chilling Unit:
• Steam fired vapor absorption chiller
• Vapor compression refrigeration chiller

Compressor:
• Reciprocating air compressor
• Screw air compressor
• Rotary vane type gas compressor

Maintenance Performed Rolls Royce Gas Engine:
• Overhauling of gas engine generator
• Overhauling of turbocharger
• Air compressor & Gas compressor
